No leadership book can teach you how to handle YOUR people.
But the right team coaching and culture program can.
Tailored to your team, your challenges, your reality.
Is your team stuck?
You show up every day trying to do the right thing — but half the time it feels like babysitting.
Meetings go in circles, people smile but don’t really say what’s on their mind, and when things go wrong… it all lands on you.
You don’t want to micromanage, but you can’t exactly trust that things will get done either. And in the middle of all this, you’re thinking: “Is it me? Am I doing something wrong? Or are we just stuck like this?”
What a Healthy Team Looks Like:
A team where everyone knows exactly where they stand, and where they’re headed?
Conversations where values and expectations are on the table, not hidden under silence?
A team that tackles conflict early and openly, turning tension into solutions?
A culture where leadership is shared when needed, yet your authority as a leader is stronger than ever - because trust is finally real?
So how to bridge this gap?
The Walrus Project: Coaching teams together with their leaders.
Designed for new teams or those needing a reset.
A program that unites leadership and team coaching with team culture consulting for quicker and more sustainable solutions.
Inspired by a lazy human nature and biases towards walruses, we discover what we are capable of and the incredible force of team play joined by leadership qualities in everybody, reinforcing the authority of the leader himself.
Max 12 people on a team, leader included.
Why the Walrus?
Walruses are funny, sociable, even lazy at times - but when they move together, they’re a force of nature.
They adapt, survive, and thrive by playing as a team.
Your team is no different.
You might have more in common with a walrus than with your sibling.
The Walrus Project was inspired by that truth: even if comfort zones and biases hold us back, we can change habits, empower each member to shine, and create something far stronger together.
Why Team and Group Coaching?
You can’t build a strong culture with posters or pizza Fridays.
Culture isn’t what you say in town halls - it’s what happens in the small moments, every single day.
That’s why the most effective way to change a team isn’t through top-down directives, but through experiences that let people see, feel, and practice a new way of working together.
And here’s the part many leaders miss: team coaching isn’t something you outsource.
If the leader isn’t in the room, the team just sees it as another training.
But when you join the journey, two things happen:
People realize you’re serious about change.
Your authority grows stronger — not by controlling more, but by showing you’re willing to lead the hard conversations alongside them.
The Walrus Project is not training.
It’s a guided process that helps your team:
Talk about what usually stays unsaid.
Build trust through real, shared experiences.
Turn conflict into collaboration.
Think about the best leader who helped you grow - the one who made you feel seen, trusted, and challenged.
That’s the kind of impact you can have on your team, too.
Core Areas of Focus
Four crucial aspects of your healthy team culture building and development
Psychological Safety
Innovation thrives in environments where people feel safe. Without trust, creativity and collaboration suffer. We cultivate psychological safety to build a positive, productive workplace where ideas can flow freely.
Effective Communication
How do you know you're doing the right thing at the right time? No crystal balls needed, just clear expectations, reduced misunderstandings, and constructive feedback.
Quality Collaboration
Who does what? What do we need from each other? A team without clarity is a team in chaos. We establish accountability, boundaries, and efficient conflict resolution for seamless collaboration.
Team Culture
Your team’s values, beliefs, and expectations shape its identity. A strong culture fuels engagement, trust, and long-term success. We create A sustainable team culture that enhances both communication and collaboration.
Then we hold a Series of Sessions: we are doing a never-ending team building by tackling the soft side of project management while actually working.
Sessions are held with a leader individually + a leader and team together.
Duration: usually 6-12 months, one to two sessions and/or workshops a month. It's a project and requires your commitment.
Session duration: 2,5h - 4h - 8h
At the beginning, we will apply a series of research-based assessment questionnaires for you and your team members. The focus is on understanding what makes your people tick, what is (not) working well, and how you are perceived as a leader.
How the process works
Phases:
Map
Deep dive
Confront and Share
Ride the waves
Book a free discovery call - you will receive a short questionnaire to fill in before the call
During the call, we will see if we are a fit and if I am the right person to help you. If yes, woohoo! We will arrange to meet again to co-design the project together, based on your needs and goals.
Results for each phase:
Clarify Cordinates & Choose KPIs
Build Relationships
Obtain Results
Maintain and Measure
Not ready for the full program yet?
That’s okay. Let’s sit down for 55 minutes and work through what’s stuck right now
By the end, you'll walk away knowing:
Price: € 297
Where your team is thriving and where it’s stuck.
The hidden dynamics that are holding you back.
The very first step to start turning things around.
This is a practical session designed to help you get clarity, relief, and take one real step forward.
How it works:
We’ll have a 55-minute call and take a real look at what’s going on in your team.
What’s working.
What’s quietly draining you.
And what nobody’s saying out loud, but everyone feels.
Then, I’ll give you one concrete step you can start right away -something small but powerful, to shift the way your team works together.
After the team coaching experience with Đurđija, my team developed a new level of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of their work. Communication among team members has improved noticeably, and this shows every day in the team atmosphere and results. Highly recommended!
